Summary:
Data on new records of 107 species of 29 subfamilies, belonging to 8 families of 3 superfamilies of Metaheterocera (Lepidoptera), in the region of Zalishchytske Prydnistrovya are presented. There are 39 species recorded for the first time in the region of Zalishchytske Prydnistrovya, 31 species in the Ternopil region, and 1 species (Noctua interjecta Hübner, [1803]) is discovered for the first time for the entire forest–steppe zone of Ukraine. The record locality of the latter is the easternmost within the species’ range. In addition, a representative of a new for the studied region family Euteli-idae Grote, 1882 — Eutelia adulatrix (Hübner, [1813]) — is recorded for the first time too, which location is the westernmost in Ukraine. Besides, new records of a number of little known and/or rare species of Metaheterocera for the region are presented as well.
