To the analysis of paleontological assembly in Geological museum

The dynamics of paleontological collections’ coming to the museum is considered; the structure of
assembly from the viewpoint of authors, institutions that took part in collections’ gathering, collections’
geography, fossils’ age and their systematic composition is analyzed. Special attention is paid to the re-
view of collections which were gathered in Ukraine.
