The National Museum of Natural History (NMNH) of the NAS of Ukraine is a regular participant in the conferences of the cycle "Natural History Museology", and the last four conferences (2012, 2013, 2015, 2019) are organised by the NMNH in cooperation with other institutions. Series of publication was registered by the NAS of Ukraine in 2019 as unregular electronic issues with series numbers p-ISBN 978-966-02-8997-0, e-ISBN 978-966-02-9025-9. The contents of all the issues are freely available under CC BY-NC license. Natural History Museology. Volume 6 The volume is devoted to a review of modern works of Ukrainian scientists and foreign colleagues on the topic of "species", from its purely eidological interpretations to the practical principles of application in various fields of biology.
